How does Smart Gym access work?
Access is via Face-ID. You can use the Smart Gym independently every day from 05:00 to 23:00 — 365 days a year. The studio has CCTV surveillance.
What's the difference between Smart Gym and Hybrid Fitness?
The Smart Gym is self-directed training with PRECOR equipment. Hybrid Fitness adds Strength & Conditioning sessions, a training plan, and access to the ELEIKO Functional Area.
Do I get a training plan?
In the Hybrid Fitness package you receive an individual training plan every 3 months. In Smart Gym you train independently.
Is Personal Training available?
Yes. Personal Training with Erik Brückner is available as an add-on service on request — independent of your membership. Options: Technique Training, Hybrid Fitness Coaching, Smart Gym Training, Sport-specific Athletic Training.
Who is The Forge suitable for?
The Forge is designed for people 18 and over — everyday athletes, sports club members and recreational athletes. Membership requires you to be of legal age.
